Every Palanco piece is made to order. Your color, your size, your nation —
custom-produced at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges
for fit, preference, or change of mind.
This is not a limitation. It's the model. No dead stock. No waste.
Your piece was built for you and only you.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage caused during production or shipping — we will replace it. No questions asked.

- 02 — Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
- 03 — We respond within 48 hours with next steps
If you received the wrong nation patch, color, or size due to a fulfillment error on our end — we make it right immediately. Full replacement or full refund, your choice. No back and forth.
We strongly encourage reviewing the size guide before purchasing. Because each
piece enters production immediately after your order is placed, we cannot
accommodate size exchanges after the fact.
